Georgia Kareola (they/them) is an interdependent writer and researcher with an interest in more-than-human ecologies and non-rational ways of knowing.

In 2020 they co-founded Neo-Metabolism, a planetary research and design practice currently based in Amsterdam and Los Angeles. In 2018 they co-founded Specter, a curatorial platform relishing sentience in our human-tech playgrounds. In 2016, they founded Not A Pipe, a linguistic service station for architects and designers.

In 2022, Georgia completed an MA in Cultural Analysis at the University of Amsterdam. Their thesis, Being with the sun, from rituality to resource extraction, analyzes the human-sun relationship in light of the climate crisis.

They are currently completing an MA in Spirituality & Religion at the UvA, with a thesis on the Psychedelic Rennaissance.
